
Enrollment
To
register for any of our workshops, please complete
our on-line enrollment form or contact us via email, telephone, or fax.
In your
e-mail, let us know your preference for date and type of course. Please note that your enrollment will be
confirmed when we receive a deposit of 40 dollars. The deposit will be
applied
to the course fee. When we receive the deposit we will notify you to
confirm
your enrollment, so please indicate the best way to contact you.
To insure
enrollment in your desired course, we recommend that you register
at least one month prior to the course beginning date.
Should you need to cancel your registration
or switch to another workshop, please inform us as soon as possible. Some courses require a minimum number of
participants. Should this minimum
number not be met by 2 weeks before the course begins, the course may
have to be
cancelled.
Deposits are fully refunded
if
you
cancel your registration at least
four weeks
prior to the beginning of the workshop. Also,
should a course not attract the minimum number of
students for
effective language learning, deposits will be refunded in full. Deposits not refunded can be applied to any
course you wish to take within a one-year period following the original
registration.
Refunds
will not be made once the course has begun.
Deposits
can be made with a check made payable to: Spanish on the
River. The remainder of the
course fee
can be paid
in person by cash, or by check at the beginning of the course.
Half-Day Workshop: $60.00
Includes: lessons, learning materials, snacks, and beverages.
Weekend Workshop: $210.00
Includes: lessons, learning materials, accommodations, snacks,
beverages and one Mexican dinner for Saturday night.
